Booking an EPC for your property is simple and fast. Follow this step-by-step guide to make sure you understand the process from start to finish.

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) shows the energy efficiency of your property. It provides important information about heating, insulation, windows, and other factors that affect your energy use.
